Senior Flutter Web Developer (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Web Developer with a strong background in Flutter Web development. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and a track record of leadership in previous roles.

Our client is a rapidly growing tech-driven B2B SAAS company based in Kupandol, Lalitpur. They are passionate about building impactful web and mobile applications that provide innovative solutions to our customers. The team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.

Location: The position will initially be remote for the first three months, transitioning to a hybrid setup in our Kupandol, Lalitpur office.

Working Days: Sunday – Thursday and Friday half day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive Flutter Web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement features aligned with company objectives.
• Lead a small team of junior to mid-level developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following best practices for Flutter Web development.
• Debug and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality, design, and testing.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to project planning, architecture, and task assignments.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Flutter development, with a strong focus on Flutter Web applications.
• Proven track record of completing Flutter Web projects, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring developers.
• Remote work readiness for the first three months, with a willingness to transition to a hybrid model.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Deep understanding of Flutter Web development, including responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs with web applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems efficiently.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Team-oriented and capable of mentoring junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter Web.
• Understanding of modern web architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.
