Senior Front End Developer Beast Mode (Remote)

Location: Remote (Preference for overlap with IST or EST time zones)

Experience: 5+ years with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript

What You’ll Do:

• Build and optimize high-performance front-end applications with React.js.

• Architect, design, and implement new features and components.

• Collaborate with back-end engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Maintain a clean, scalable codebase using best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and lead front-end code reviews.

• Work closely with the CTO and engineering team to make technical decisions and define the future of our platform.

• Continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible with innovative ideas and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Top 1% React Developer: You’ve mastered React.js and have a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience building complex front-end applications.

• Technical Beast: You have a strong grasp of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, ES6, TypeScript).

• Pixel-Perfect Attention to Detail: You can turn a design into a visually stunning and fully functional product.

• User-Centric: Passionate about creating an exceptional UI/UX.
