As part of our team, Senior Front-End Engineers will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding the Pelcro React Elements library (https://docs-react-elements.pelcro.com/) and managing the front-end of our core platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the Pelcro React Elements library, ensuring high-quality documentation, usability, and scalability.
• Lead the front-end development for Pelcro’s main platform, focusing on performance, user experience, and seamless integrations with back-end services.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to deliver impactful new features.
• Take ownership of code quality, implementing best practices in testing, performance optimization, and security.
• Drive continuous improvements in development processes and ensure timely delivery of updates.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing within the front-end team.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proven track record of maintaining scalable component libraries and delivering complex front-end projects.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS. Familiarity with front-end tooling like Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and state management (Redux, Context API).
• Strong attention to detail and experience in building responsive, accessible UIs.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
