Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive development processes, from design to implementation, ensuring the delivery of clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Create reusable libraries and frameworks that streamline our development efforts, contributing to overall efficiency.
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional product teams, participating in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives to foster an engineering culture centered on impactful solutions.
• Take ownership of the full stack, working on server and database development, API integrations, and front-end user interface design.
• Drive the scaling and automation of existing services, while also injecting innovative ideas into our development pipeline.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and DrizzleORM.
• Valuable backend experience with Rust, MySQL, and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage extensive areas of the codebase effectively.
• Prior experience in developing and scaling paid products and services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for startup culture and thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
