We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer for our client in the media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated domain experience in building and rolling out infrastructure and applications to deliver successful outcomes.

Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in the team, providing crucial insight on User Interfaces, APIs, modeling business logic and driving projects to successful and impactful delivery.

Role Objectives

• Develop elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code
• Assume a leading role in the design, development and enhancement of internal services and libraries
• Perform technical analysis to translate business to functional requirements, addressing challenging design and/or implementation points
• Deliver clean, quality code that meets functional requirements with focus on efficiency, reusability and testing
• Ensure technical integrity throughout by reviewing code, sharing knowledge and providing proper direction
• Collaborate with teammates in an agile environment, tailored to the project’s needs
• Stay up to date with technology trends, help introduce them where appropriate and advise on best practices and patterns

Requirements

• 4 years of proven experience developing enterprise-grade applications using React js/Typescript
• Strong experience with the ReactJS Framework – Rendering Process, Hooks, Context
• Strong HTML5 / CSS3 experience – Layouts, Animations, Compatibility, Accessibility
• Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol and RESTful Web Services
• Good knowledge of the React ecosystem – React Query, React Router, CSS-in-JS
• Knowledge of state management alternatives like Jotai, Recoil, Zustand etc.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of any of the ag-grid-react, excel4node and cubejs-client/core libraries will be considered a plus

Education

• BSc. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required
