Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and passionate Senior Front-end Engineer to join our team and lead the development of exceptional user interfaces and experiences across our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, expertise in React and cross-platform mobile technologies, and a proven ability to work with and integrate various AI technologies into user interfaces. You will play a critical role in creating visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging interfaces that delight our users and seamlessly integrate with our AI-powered backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX Development: Take ownership of the front-end development lifecycle, focusing on UI/UX design, implementation, and optimization, always considering the integration of AI capabilities.
• Front-end Architecture: Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end architectures, ensuring seamless AI integration using modern best practices.
• React Development: Develop high-performance web applications using React, integrating AI-driven features and optimizing their performance for a smooth user experience.
• Cross-Platform Mobile Development: Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or similar cross-platform technologies, focusing on delivering a consistent and engaging experience that leverages AI across iOS and Android devices.
• AI Technology Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate various AI technologies into user interfaces, such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and machine learning (ML) models.
• UI/UX Design Implementation for AI-Driven Features: Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, interactive, and pixel-perfect code, paying meticulous attention to how AI-driven content, responses, and interactions are presented to the user.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate with our backend APIs and AI model endpoints to ensure smooth data flow and efficient communication between the front-end and backend/AI systems.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize front-end and AI-driven UI performance for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests, perform thorough testing, and debug code to ensure high-quality and reliable software, including specific testing and validation of AI integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to deliver cohesive, impactful, and AI-enhanced products.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, especially on techniques for integrating AI into the UI/UX workflow.
• Staying Up to Date: Continuously evaluate, learn, and implement the latest front-end technology, AI UI best practices, and UI/UX design trends for application and accessibility improvements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on UI/UX and building responsive interfaces, including demonstrated expertise in integrating AI technologies into user interfaces.

• Technical Skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Expert-level proficiency with React and related libraries.
• Solid experience with cross-platform mobile development using Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design patterns, specifically focusing on designing effective UIs for AI interaction.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, MobX).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data fetching techniques, and how to handle responses from AI models.
• Proficiency in using testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• AI Integration Experience Understanding and hands-on experience with integrating AI features into web and mobile applications.

• Experience with backend development or full-stack development.
