Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building stunning, animated, and high-performance frontends using advanced React and Next.js. You’ll take the lead in developing complex, visually dynamic user interfaces, with a focus on Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and incorporating smooth animations and interactive elements. While this role is primarily frontend-focused, there may be occasional backend work to ensure seamless integration. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that captivate users.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement highly interactive, visually rich frontend solutions, focusing on user experience, responsiveness, and performance.
• Lead the creation of advanced animations, transitions, and interactive features to enhance the user experience.
• Leverage React and Next.js for complex frontend builds, including SSR, SSG, and state management.
• Occasionally engage with backend technologies to ensure alignment and full-stack synergy.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to refine requirements, craft solutions, and uphold code quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with advanced expertise in React, Next.js, and complex animations.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• In-depth experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and complex React-based frontend architectures.
• Proficiency in CSS animations, JavaScript animation libraries, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in Git for collaborative development and version control.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail for troubleshooting and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills, suited to a collaborative, remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
