Full Time Remote | $2,500USD/month + Bonus Eligible

We’re currently hiring a full time, full stack developer to join our team! 

You’ll work with a small team of developers as well as designers, video editors, and technologists to build incredible apps used by people all around the world.

Our Tech Stack:

• React & React Native w/TypeScript
• Node.js
• Firebase Firestore, PostGres, SQLite
• Cross-platform: Electron.js for desktop and React Native for Mobile
• GCP Cloud
• Github Code Management

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers. You’ll use loom for video updates and join meetings with Google Meet (camera on). 
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience: You must have built apps from the ground up by yourself AND worked on larger scale apps as a team
• Database Management: Must be skilled in managing large datasets, including bulk updates, cleanup and migration. Defining data structures, API Development.
• Software Architecture: Must be skilled in system design and choosing scalable and performant solutions, creating flow diagrams when needed
• Tech Stack: Expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Firebase Firestore, Postgres, SQLLite. Github for code management. Electron.js and mobile apps a plus.
• Development Best Practices: must be skilled in writing clean, maintainable, performant code with an emphasis on following development best practices. Manage code in Github.
• Dedicated to Constant Improvement: using best-in-class technology like AI and always dedicated to learning new development patterns and technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Build New Features: You’ll learn our code base and be assigned to work on new features, working on the front and back end (although you may specialize)
• Backend Development: database management, API Development, node.js, GraphQL, defining and updating data structures
• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js based on Figma designs
• Perform optimizations, write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, version control with github.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Deploy applications to production environments and manage hosting configurations.

Expectations

• Full time position (Minimum 38 hours per week tracked on time tracker)
• Flexible hours, but must be join several meetings during the week
• Provide daily updates Monday – Friday
