– Production Deployments: Work closely with our DevOps team to deploy releases smoothly to dev, staging, and production, ensuring a flawless end-to-end pipeline.

– Bug Assignment: Oversee bug assignment, making sure newly created issues land in the right developer’s lap for speedy resolution.

Mentorship & Technical Leadership 🏆:

– Mentor and Guide: Provide hands-on mentorship to the development team, helping them improve code quality, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise.

– Promote Best Practices: Ensure the team adheres to Bee Techy’s coding standards, including the DRY, KISS, and Single Responsibility Principles.
