Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma Designs into Code: Turn Figma designs into responsive, reusable front-end components using Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks, ensuring high-quality user interfaces.
• Seamless Django Integration: Develop and integrate front-end components with Django views and templates, ensuring smooth data flow between the front-end and back-end, and optimal UI rendering.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into robust, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces using Django and modern front-end technologies.
• Component Library Creation: Build and maintain reusable component libraries for consistent UI across different parts of the application, ensuring a unified look and feel.
• Efficient and Maintainable Code: Write clean, well-structured, and performant code, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes, while maintaining a high standard of code quality.
• Cross-browser and Responsive Compatibility: Ensure the application is fully compatible across multiple browsers and devices, delivering a smooth experience on any screen size.
• Feature Development: Implement new features and improvements, leveraging both Django and front-end technologies to meet business requirements, following agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI development experience, with a strong focus on front-end integration in Django-based applications.
• Proficient in Django’s templating engine and capable of integrating front-end components seamlessly with Django views and templates.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and responsive CSS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in building responsive, pixel-perfect web designs that work across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• A keen eye for design, with the ability to translate design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues independently and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
