We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer

Are you passionate about building transformative applications that blend artificial intelligence with user-centric design? We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the development of our Smart Beauty platform. Join our innovative team and play a critical role in creating a seamless, AI-powered user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Front-End Development:

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Flutter.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility for an optimal user experience.

Back-End Development:

• Architect, implement, and maintain APIs and databases using technologies such as Node.js, Express, MongoDB, or SQL.
• Optimize server-side logic and ensure seamless integration with AI components.

AI Model Integration:

• Work closely with the AI team to integrate and deploy machine learning models into the platform for real-time skincare recommendations.

Cloud Deployment:

• Oversee platform deployment and maintenance on cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform rigorous testing to ensure application performance, security, and usability.
• Implement optimization strategies to enhance application efficiency across different devices.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL.
• AI & ML Familiarity: Experience with AI model integration or a solid understanding of ML concepts is a strong advantage.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead technical teams and collaborate across departments.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile development environments, adapting quickly to changing requirements.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Flutter or other mobile development frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
