About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mobile development to lead our efforts in building top-tier mobile solutions. You’ll bring your mastery of Kotlin, Flutter, Swift, and React Native to develop, deploy, and maintain applications with exceptional performance and user experience. As a full-stack expert, you’ll also contribute to backend services, integrations, and scaling our solutions for global impact.

What You’ll DoFull-Cycle Mobile App Development

• Develop: Build and maintain production-level mobile applications using Kotlin, Flutter, Swift, and React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Architect: Design scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile solutions, driving technical decisions that align with company goals.
• Deploy: Successfully deploy apps to the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring seamless updates and long-term maintainability.

Backend Integration

• Build: Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies to support dynamic mobile applications.
• Integrate: Implement and optimize third-party SDKs, APIs, and services, including payment gateways, push notifications, and analytics tools.

Lead the Mobile Development Lifecycle

• SDLC Leadership: Own the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and post-launch iterations.
• Quality Assurance: Define and implement testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests, to deliver flawless releases.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance app performance, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Collaborate & Innovate

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Strategic Influence: Contribute to technical strategy, roadmap planning, and the evaluation of emerging technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You’ll BringTechnical Mastery

• Mobile Expertise:
• Kotlin: Advanced knowledge with 8+ years of experience in building and scaling Android apps.
• Swift: Extensive experience developing high-quality iOS applications.
• Flutter: Proven ability to deliver performant cross-platform apps, with a minimum of 8+ years
• React Native: Experience in delivering production-grade mobile applications.
• Full-Stack Skills:
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and data handling.

Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with multiple verifiable deployments to App Store and Google Play Store.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex mobile projects at scale.

SDLC & Integration Knowledge

• SDLC Mastery: Deep understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Third-Party Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating with payment gateways, analytics tools, and notification systems.

Leadership & Communication

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and drive technical initiatives.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern technologies such as Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP) and mobile-specific services like Firebase and AWS Amplify.
• Experience with App Performance Monitoring tools such as Crashlytics and App Center.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
