HIRING: Senior Full Stack REACT / PHP / SQL Developer

LOCATION

The work is 95% Remote (from anywhere in the US) with occasional (2x/year) travel to work alongside the team. The HQ is in Boulder but of ~50 dev’s only 10 of them are in Colorado. This is a fully remote team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of full stack development experience (with a lean toward on the Front End w/ React)
• 4+ years of production experience w/ React
• 2+ years of production experience w/ PHP
• 2+ years of production experience w/ SQL
• Ability to pass a challenging 3-part online test (HackerRank) testing for your aptitude w/ React, PHP, and SQL

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

If hired you would spend about 60% of your time on the Front End (mostly with React), and the remaining 40% will be in the Back End side (mostly with PHP & SQL). The products you’d be supporting are end-to-end, so you would be working across the stack.

They are looking for an L3 (AKA “Senior”Engineer) … someone with at least 7 and likely 10-15+ years of production experience. If hired, you would support a well-established team working within a full stack capacity on a fascinating, challenging, established product.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

The target salary range is 140K – 150K for a SE3 (Senior). They are willing to go up to 180K for the right candidate who hits the SE4 (Staff / Principal) Mark, but they hold a VERY high bar for SE4. There is also a shared bonus pool EOY w/ strong benefits including a base health plan that pays 100% for employees, 50% for dependents. They also offer Dental, Vision and a 4% 401k match. For PTO, they offer 3 weeks vacation, + 10 paid holidays
