About This Job

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be an integral part of the Login & Access Hub team responsible for delivering a seamless, secure, and intuitive customer login experience across Deutsche Telekom services. This central service enables Over 70 million logins and over 15 million unique active users in one day and supports critical customer platforms such as TV, email, Customer Center and OneApp etc. You will work on complex login systems, driving innovation and user-friendly solutions for high-traffic applications, while collaborating within a dynamic and agile international team focused on making user access effortless and secure.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot for backend services, and Angular, JSF, and PrimeFaces for frontend interfaces. Implement robust features with a focus on high performance and user-friendliness.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to transform designs into effective code, work closely with product managers to refine requirements, and contribute actively to code reviews, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and operate complex software architectures, including microservices and REST APIs, while ensuring seamless integration across the backend, middleware, and frontend.
• Test Automation & CI/CD: Implement and manage automated testing frameworks (e.g., jUnit, Cucumber) and build/deployment pipelines using GitLab. Ensure efficient delivery and quality through continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) for deployment, manage cloud environments, monitor application performance with tools such as Graylog and Grafana, and provide metrics using Prometheus.

All the achievements you are proud of:

• Extensive experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot), and frontend development with Angular.JS, JavaServer Faces (PrimeFaces)
• Programming skills in Node.js
• Comprehensive and extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes and HELM
• Very good knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB or MongoDB and ORM (Prisma)
• Comprehensive and extensive experience in test automation e.g. jUnit, RestAssured, jBehave/Cucumber and J-Meter
• Comprehensive and extensive experience in the design/development and operation of complex software architectures (microservices, loose coupling) and APIs (REST, messaging)
