Senior Fullstack Engineer Contract (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to design and develop seamless Web3 applications. This role requires expertise in frontend and backend development, Web3 integration, and a focus on building secure, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks for responsive UI design.

• Expertise in backend development with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other libraries for Ethereum smart contract interactions.

• Knowledge of wallet integration (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or similar) for Bitcoin and Ethereum.

• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases.

• Understanding of cross-chain solutions and bridging assets between Bitcoin and Ethereum.

• Strong grasp of security best practices for Web3 applications, including encryption and private key management.

• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing decentralized applications (dApps) and working with DeFi protocols.

• Familiarity with smart contracts and blockchain oracles.

• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges like RenBridge or ThorChain.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for dApp hosting and scaling.

• Exposure to agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• 
  Frontend Development: Design and implement a responsive, intuitive user interface for Web3 applications using React.js or similar frameworks.

  Backend Development: Build and maintain backend systems using Node.js or other backend technologies to support wallet connections and transaction management.

• 
  Web3 Integration: Implement Web3.js or Ethers.js for seamless interaction with Ethereum smart contracts.

• 
  Wallet Connection: Develop systems enabling secure connections between Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets for transactions.

• 
  API Development: Create RESTful APIs for wallet management, transaction handling, and blockchain data retrieval.

• 
  Security: Implement robust security practices to protect wallet connections, private keys, and transactions.

• 
  Cross-Chain Support: Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate cross-chain functionalities and token swaps between BTC and ERC20 tokens.

  User Authentication: Develop secure authentication and session management systems for the dApp.

  Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of frontend and backend code and ensure error-free wallet integrations and transactions.

  Collaboration: Work closely with blockchain engineers and product teams to define and deliver a seamless user experience.
