Senior Functional Consultant (Remote)

About the Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead and deliver comprehensive NetSuite solutions for our diverse client base. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise in NetSuite, and a collaborative approach to client engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation and Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions to identify and document client needs.

NetSuite Implementation and Configuration

• Configure NetSuite modules in alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports to address unique business needs.

Data Migration and Integration

• Assist clients with data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications and systems as required.

Training and Support

• Provide training to client users, enabling them to effectively leverage NetSuite’s capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Project Management and Documentation

• Oversee NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project scope, requirements, configurations, and customizations.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
• Projects: Minimum 5 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• Skills: Strong client consultation, requirements gathering, and project management skills.
• Location: Based in Montreal, QC (remote, but local presence required for occasional client engagements).
• Language: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
