Senior Go Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Developer to join our remote team, working with cutting-edge technologies in the cloud space. As a Senior Go Developer, you will work closely with streaming technologies such as WebSockets, pub-sub and Kafka, and design and implement complex solutions in AWS. You will also be responsible for rewriting/migrating large codebases and writing automated unit, integration, and load tests. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions in AWS, utilizing Go and other technologies
Rewrite/migrate large codebases to improve performance and scalability
Performance profiling and benchmarking to identify and address performance bottlenecks
Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards for Go development
Participate in design reviews and code reviews, providing valuable feedback and insights
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing and Go development

Requirements

Advanced coding skills in Go, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Go development
Strong experience in implementing complex solutions in AWS, including EC2, SES, and S3
Proficiency in SQL, with strong database design skills
Experience in writing automated unit, integration, and load tests, with a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
Experience in CI/CD pipelines, with a strong understanding of Jenkins, Github Actions, or other similar tools
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with Flask/Django frameworks, showcasing your web development experience
Strong experience with microservice architecture, highlighting your ability to design and implement scalable solutions
