Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Language Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of a next-generation privacy-focused blockchain solution. The role involves working extensively with an existing open-source codebase written in Go. Your expertise in Go and distributed systems will play a key role in building a scalable, secure, and privacy-enhanced blockchain network.

Responsibilities:

● Analyze, understand, and document the architecture of an existing privacy blockchain codebase developed in Go.

● Troubleshoot, refactor, and optimize legacy Go code to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance.

● Use AI-driven development tools and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery and feature implementation.

● Collaborate closely with blockchain developers, product managers, and QA teams to meet project milestones effectively.

● Participate in architectural design discussions, code reviews, and development planning sessions.

● Implement privacy-focused blockchain features, including cryptographic enhancements and transaction confidentiality mechanisms.

Requirements:

○ Extensive experience with the Go programming language, including its libraries and ecosystem.

○ Proven track record in developing and optimizing large-scale distributed systems in Go.

○ Solid understanding of concurrency models, goroutines, and multithreading.

○ Familiarity with blockchain architectures, distributed ledger technologies, and cryptographic principles.

○ Demonstrated ability to refactor and modernize legacy codebases for improved performance and maintainability.

○ Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies such as stealth addresses and RingCT.

○ Strong knowledge of cryptographic concepts like zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption, and hashing algorithms.

○ Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and Web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Solana/web3.js).

○ Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and stress testing frameworks.

○ Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

○ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze and reverse-engineer complex systems.

○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

○ Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience working on privacy-focused blockchain projects or decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.

● Proven contributions to open-source projects or experience managing large-scale Go codebases.

● Familiarity with cross-chain interoperability and blockchain bridging solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
