About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Design & Branding Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll drive the visual identity and branding initiatives that position us as a leading, globally recognized destination. As the primary designer working closely with both internal teams and external agencies, you’ll oversee design projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative brand strategies to elevate our presence.
What You’ll Do
Lead Internal Design Initiatives: Manage and deliver design work that aligns with organizational and marketing goals.
Collaborate on Creative Projects: Partner with external agencies and internal teams to guide creative projects, ensuring high-quality output from concept through final delivery.
Deliver Exceptional Work: Present designs to leadership, ensuring they meet professional standards and align with strategic objectives.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials adhere to established branding guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all touchpoints.
Review and Approve Artwork: Oversee the approval process for all branded materials, ensuring consistency and quality before final production.
Drive Process Improvements: Analyze and refine design processes to enhance efficiency and impact, making continuous improvements to our workflow.

Required Qualifications
Experience: At least six years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management, including three years in a supervisory or program management role.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, including for animation, video editing, and sound editing.
Certifications: Adobe Certified Professional, Canva Certified, Sketch Certification, Certified Graphic Designer, or similar industry credentials are a plus.
