Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer with strong conceptual and practical skills to create brand-led communications. Your role will be to own the creation and maintenance of our clients’ marketing assets and content to support their products, brand, design and other marketing and goals. Collaborating with a talented team of designers and strategists, you’ll develop innovative and impactful digital assets that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

• Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Create innovative design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Brand Consistency:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent design elements.
• Collaborate with brand strategists to evolve brand identities over time.
• Ensure all designs align with overarching brand narratives.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and team members for seamless integration.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Collaborate across teams to translate storyboards into compelling visuals.

Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics software.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance quality and innovation.
• Utilize research and concept development to inform design execution.

Project Leadership and Execution:

• Lead design initiatives for client projects, managing them from concept to completion.
• Produce high-quality content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, delivering engaging graphics and animations for both online and offline channels.

Requirements:

·       Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and a diverse range of design projects, including multimedia content, websites, mobile apps, branding materials, and marketing collateral.

·       Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.

·       5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising, and creative development within an agency environment, preferably in digital or social media.

·       Exceptional conceptual skills with the ability to deliver diverse design solutions and create superior original designs.

·       Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and strong video editing skills, with experience in motion graphics and animation as a plus.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.

·       Strong understanding of current editing styles across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of understanding briefs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       A team player who works well within a team environment, takes direction, and brings questions and ideas to the forefront.

·       Passion for design with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of initiative, work ethic and team spirit, with the ability to work within project requirements and tight deadlines to complete all tasks.
