Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Design, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing design solutions for various projects across multiple brands and markets within the betting and gaming sector. You should be comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects, leading them from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality results at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality design assets ranging from brand-led work to performance-driving digital acquisition materials.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from marketing and product departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Utilise motion graphics skills to create engaging visual content (preferred but not required).
• Understand and adapt to different forms of design, catering to the needs of diverse projects and target audiences.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Manage and support junior members of the design team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 7 years in graphic design, preferably within the betting sector.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Have an understanding of motion graphics for social media and the ability to create storyboards for motion designers.
• Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work on briefs involving multiple brands.
• Strong conceptualisation and execution skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Can design above-the-line promotions and dive into the details to produce assets when needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred but not essential.
