Role – Senior Graphic Designer

A successful Senior Graphic Designer will lead by example. You collaborate with our Performance Team to leverage data insights in the creative process. You will approach all creative with a data-driven design approach to ideate and develop campaigns that align with our client and partner goals. You will play a significant role in influencing overall campaign strategy and creative innovation.

• Proven experience in designing static graphics, infographics and motion graphics that were part of successful marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with Performance Team to apply data insights in new campaigns or optimize existing campaigns 
• Ability to apply data insights, target audience and competitor research into successful creative concepts
• Stay up to date with use of A.I tools in design
• Supervise and coach a small team of junior designers to develop effective campaigns and meet deadlines
• Compile and manage a design style guide to help the team understand the brand guidelines
• QA and ensure brand consistency throughout campaigns
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Requirements for this role

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and AI creative tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout design
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design across mediums is required in the interview process

Important Note: This role is remote, but will require two to three onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
