The Junior Graphic Designer will produce highly creative designs for different brands. The role holder must have the ability to apply it to both digital and traditional media effectively. The candidate also leads and assign tasks to a graphic designer within the team. Handling multi requests from different departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design projects within established brand standards for print and digital media.
• Take on brand design requests and assign and manage a graphic designer.
• Responsible for design from concept to completion, including coming up with fresh, original and impactful concepts; ensuring a consistent, coherent and powerful brand experience that is relevant to the brand’s target audience; defining brand personality and maintaining a consistent visual/verbal identity.
• Collaborate with the team to build various components for our digital campaigns, websites and microsites with a thorough understanding of UX design.

To qualify for this role

• 3-5+ years of experience as a graphic designer working with multiple, complex design projects both digital and traditional media, including logo design, print media, UX/UI, web design, email marketing, social media, and display ads.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, HTML and CSS
• You are unbelievably detail oriented and have a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
• Must be hands-on and able to work collaboratively and independently in a small team environment.

Work Arrangement

• Work from home with occasional visit. The candidate MUST be located in Metro Manila or nearby.
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City
• Landmark: Building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
• Work Schedule: Fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 – Php40,000.00 per month
