Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (UI/UX) to join our growing team at Quranium. As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of our Brand Team, and responsible for creating innovative, user-centric designs that drive the development of our platform. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure our products are not only functional but also beautifully designed and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and blockchain-based applications, ensuring seamless interactions that align with the unique needs of our users in the Web3 space.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points, gather insights, and inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups to communicate ideas clearly and efficiently across teams.
• Blockchain & Web3 User-Centric Design: Tailor designs for the Web3 community, considering unique user flows and needs associated with blockchain-based applications, decentralized environments, and crypto-wallet interfaces.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively, maintaining design integrity while considering technical constraints.
• Design Systems: Contribute to building and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient design processes across our products.
• Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving product requirements to improve user engagement and overall experience.
• Stay Innovative: Keep up with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and developments in blockchain and quantum technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to your design work.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or in Graphic Designing is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with focus on UI/UX design for digital products (web, mobile, or blockchain applications). 
• Professional experience and/or knowledge in the Web3 or blockchain industries are mandatory.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and user-centered design practices.
• Experience designing for blockchain-based products such as crypto wallets, decentralized apps is highly preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with a keen sense of time management.
