Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative and compelling designs and campaigns. This role will be responsible for crafting knock-your-socks-off designs for our partner’s brands, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual and experiential touchpoints. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Join the creative team in developing and implementing creative strategies and concepts that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Development of visual assets, including but not limited to branding materials, advertising campaigns, digital content, product packaging, and website design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web, to ensure cohesive and integrated creative executions.
• Be able to receive and provide feedback to designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project goals and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all communication channels.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Represent the brand externally as a thought leader in design and creativity, participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) working in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various mediums.
• Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Passion for creativity and a willingness to push boundaries, experiment, and explore new ideas.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
