CloudCut Ltd (UK) is a creative studio for christian churches. Our studio, founded in 2021, serves a variety of thriving churches based in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and America. Our company philosophy is to build deep relationships within a limited number of churches, in order to bring quality creative work and a highly personalised service. Our studio offers a range of creative services but specialises in creative direction and content creation.

About the position

We’re seeking a detailed, efficient Graphic Designer who can hold a junior position within our small creative team.

Our clients build much of their digital content around monthly preaching themes, and call on our designers for fresh design concepts that will communicate their ideas to the world. We’re therefore looking for an individual with a high level of creative energy, who will enjoy generating stand-out concepts and unique proposals that will help the gospel gain traction in the digital space.

Our clients seek to reach a target audience of young adults, and we therefore need a candidate who enjoys researching contemporary design trends and producing beautiful art that cuts through the noise.

We serve multiple churches under our studio, and therefore need a candidate with the adaptability to jump between a variety of clients throughout the week, producing concepts and assets for multiple brands. We are looking for someone who loves the challenge of multi-tasking and problem solving.

Our team works remotely. The successful candidate may work remotely from any location, provided they have the flexibility during our working hours to handle incoming client requests. They must also own and use their own equipment for creating all their creative work. Due to the challenges of working remotely, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience working in fast paced creative teams.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• A strong portfolio of excellent graphic design work
• An ability to generate striking and coherent design concepts
• Experience in working with a fast-paced team
• Excellent design communication and presentation skills
