Job Summary:

Club Pilates is looking for a graphic designer to join the in-house creative team. You will be working closely with our CMO and Art Director to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content for social media, emails, websites, print collateral, presentations, retail graphics, events and more.

The ideal candidate is extremely well-rounded for an array of project needs and has experience working across the complete Adobe Suite with strong capabilities in animation design, video editing and print design. To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, ability to incorporate feedback and the ability to collaborate on projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials for both online and printed use, including social media advertising, video ads, emails, display ads, posters, flyers, magazine ads, banners, brochures, in studio POP, etc.
• Create and edit digital images, video animation/transitions, and text animations
• Format, resize, and design to client specifications while maintaining brand standards, directly servicing franchisee creative requests
• Maintain timelines and file organization for both national and local projects
• Actively propose and present ideas and participate in internal brainstorms
• Assist in creative strategy and art direction for the development of critical member and prospect-facing projects
• Assist on-site for photo/video production
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
• Strong understanding of campaign management – from messaging to design treatments and objectives (i.e. lead generation, sales, call-to-action)
• Clear communication and robust interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments, franchisees and studio staff
• Must be detail oriented, team oriented and have a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly organized individual with project and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize, schedule and ensure completion and accuracy of tasks
• Knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
• Portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience
• Proficient in Google Suite: Docs, Mail, Sheets, Slides and Drive
