What You’ll Do:

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with clients and team members to develop creative design solutions that resonate with target audiences. You will manage projects from concept to completion, maintain brand consistency, and ensure top-quality results across mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for various mediums, including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, e-mail marketing, and advertisements.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, provide creative direction, and contribute innovative ideas to elevate overall project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and aligning with budget requirements.
• Present design concepts to clients, gather and incorporate feedback, and refine designs to achieve final approval.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools, sharing insights to enhance our creative output.
• Support and guide other designers, ensuring project quality and meeting standards.
• Accurately track your billable hours for client work and stay within time and budget.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A digital portfolio showcasing strong design skills in branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent years of practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of high-quality, professional work.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other core design software.
• A solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Strong communication skills for effective client presentations and internal collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• A proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and a commitment to delivering your best work.
