Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in eLearning development to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic skills and technical expertise, ensuring the creation of visually stunning and pedagogically sound eLearning materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality graphics, animations, and interactive elements for eLearning courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the final product meets the highest standards of excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and eLearning development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years focused on eLearning development.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Articulate Storyline, and other eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in eLearning projects and visual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
