About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, extensive experience with design tools, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. This role requires expertise in both static and dynamic content creation, including reels, videos, and AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media, advertisements, websites, and email campaigns.
• Create high-quality and engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance designs and automate design processes.
• Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva to develop creative concepts and deliver final projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and maintain high-quality standards in all design outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and new AI tools to incorporate into creative workflows.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in developing their skills and understanding of brand aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ Years of Graphics design experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and video editing tools.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E) to create advanced visual effects and automate design tasks.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Content Writing.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling or animation software.
• Understanding social media platforms and content creation trends, particularly in short-form video (reels, TikTok, etc.).
