About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Group Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of our merchandising products, including Ads, Catalog, Pricing, Promotion, and Content Management. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional technology and growth teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives.

About The Team

Our team is dedicated to building innovative merchandising products that empower VTEX clients to grow their sales. The merchandising product suite includes tools for VTEX clients to manage and optimize their catalog, pricing, promotions, content, and advertising with campaigns. We are a cross-functional team composed of product managers, engineers, and designers.

What You Will Do

Lead Product Strategy: Refine and implement the vision and roadmap for merchandising products, ensuring alignment with VTEX’s overall business goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market launches.
Define product goals: Establish and track product goals, to assess success and unblock issues.
Stakeholder collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and senior leadership, aligning product strategy, and providing updates on status, challenges, and achievements.

Who You Are

Experienced Product Leader: Proven track-record of delivering highly successful software products. Experience managing product managers to deliver large-scale projects with attention to detail, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Product Design Experience: Demonstrated experience designing software products across the end-to-end lifecycle, from vision, concept and development through launch and continuous improvement.
Analytical Thinker: Analytical mindset focused on business impact and financial outcomes, capable of evaluating and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.
Exceptional Communicator: Clear and effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Agile and Results-Driven: Motivated by results, agile, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with constant change.
Ecommerce Experience: Experience with eCommerce, ideally with merchandising-related topics.
Fluent in English.
