We are excited to collaborate with a  leading pharmaceutical company to recruit their next Senior HR & Employee Relations lead!

As a Senior HR & Employee Relations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on a wide range of workplace matters. You will collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
Join the team to provide:
- Expert Advice: Provide timely and accurate advice on industrial relations, workers’ compensation, and human resource management.
- Operational Support:Â Assist the HR team with key strategic initiatives and operational tasks.
- Policy and Procedure:Â Review and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and Individual Flexibility Agreements.
- Workplace Investigations:Â Conduct investigations and manage workplace disputes.
- Performance Management:Â Support performance management processes and workforce design.
- Administration:Â Ensure HR information systems and employee records are accurately updated.Â
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a business shared service industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, business, HR or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and experience with Enterprise Agreements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
