We are excited to collaborate with a  leading pharmaceutical company to recruit their next Senior HR & Employee Relations lead!

As a Senior HR & Employee Relations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on a wide range of workplace matters. You will collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.

Join the team to provide:

  • Expert Advice: Provide timely and accurate advice on industrial relations, workers’ compensation, and human resource management.
  • Operational Support: Assist the HR team with key strategic initiatives and operational tasks.
  • Policy and Procedure: Review and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and Individual Flexibility Agreements.
  • Workplace Investigations: Conduct investigations and manage workplace disputes.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes and workforce design.
  • Administration: Ensure HR information systems and employee records are accurately updated. 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a business shared service industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, HR or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and experience with Enterprise Agreements.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
