Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Human Resources Administrator to join our team, based in Riyadh , KSA. This position is responsible for supporting THE HR Management and working on matters related to the employment life-cycle, such as employee on-boarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, employment law & compliance, providing conflict resolution services and communicating HR programs and policies .
We envisage success in this role to include;
– Assist the HR Team to promote and maintain a high standard of HR service delivery whilst maintaining consistency of information.
– Sound understanding of KEO Policies and Procedures to advise colleagues .
– Mobilize new international and local hires into the Company as required .
– Coordinate and support with HR orientation
– Provide support to address employee queries where required , ensuring consistent application of company policies and HR best practice.
– Update employee information on the HR Information System
– Create and maintain employee files in relevant format.
– Prepare and issue contract amendments as required .
– Draft and issue distance worker contracts to employees
– Prepare HR letters and certificates.
– Administer payable entitlements as per employees’ contracts and policy, tuition fees and all other benefits payable to employee.
– Resolve HR queries regarding policies, benefits, pay slips, annual and sick leave, etc.
– Prepare and send Monthly Accommodation Report to Payroll for salary adjustment.
– Provide training to new HR team members with respect to internal procedures.
– Any other duties which may be assigned

Requirements:
– To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years partnered with a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
This is a GCC National only position
