Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fundamental requirements:

    • You have Bachelors or master’s degree in a field related to the role, or equivalent experience.
    • You have a minimum 3+ years of continuous experience as as HR Assistant, Manager, Coordinator, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
    • You have at least 1 year experience of working in a start-up.
    • You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with people, internally and externally
    • You have great strategic instincts and can exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations
    • You’ve been successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of service provider contracts
    • You’ve been successful in resolving workplace issues
    • You have a demonstrated track record of identifying the methods of supporting the team members in all the areas in order to increase their professional satisfaction
    • You have shown the ability to build the systems and methods to motivate the team members
    • You have great interpersonal and communications skills
    • You’re intellectually curious and think in a structured way
