We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our IRIS Networx Professional Services team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering top-class software solutions and enjoys collaborating with both customers and internal teams to drive success. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of implementing our software solutions, and providing expert training on our Networx recruitment modules. Whether you have experience in recruitment systems or HR systems, we’d love to hear from you. What will you be doing? Executing implementation of system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards Training customers on IRIS software solutions remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure our customers get the most out of our solutions. Carrying out chargeable work to achieve company targets Ensuring communication is clear and concise to Project Managers, Consultants, Service Desk and customers Efficiently delivering implementations on scheduled timescales to customers and ensuring we meet deadlines in a timely manner. Producing solutions for complex customer problems with the software and deliver training on operating the system and advising on best practices. Scoping complex and advanced customer implementation plans with a focus on delivering implementations efficiently within the time allocated and communicate with the customer effectively. Identifying customer requirements for future software projects and add new requirements to the product backlog for regular roadmap review. Upskilling and mentoring new starters / new joiners to the team. Collaborating with the Project Manager & Implementation Manager to refine internal processes and documentation where necessary in line with business changes to promote better ways of working What are we looking for? We’re looking for a candidate with: At least 3+ Years of proven experience in delivering Recruitment/HR/Payroll software integrations, demonstrating hands-on expertise in this field. Experience in developing tailored training materials based on customer needs. Proven experience in training new joiners , with a track record of onboarding and mentoring staff. Ability to learn new systems , with an interest in technology. To excel in this role, you should also have: Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills , essential for delivering training and interacting with clients. Problem-solving ability , with a knack for resolving complex challenges related to the product and willing to tackle challenges to ensure business needs are met. Adaptability and flexibility , thriving in dynamic environments and handling changes with ease. A proactive and self-motivated attitude , with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
