Job Spec:
As a Senior Inbound Luxury Consultant, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating bespoke travel experiences that leave our clients breathless with excitement. Your main responsibilities will include:

✈ Collaborating with clients to understand their travel desires, preferences, and dreams.

Designing tailor-made itineraries that exceed expectations and wow even the most seasoned travelers.

Curating unforgettable experiences, from luxurious accommodations to exclusive excursions and beyond.

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel journey, ensuring every moment is seamless and stress-free.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring access to the best-in-class amenities and experiences.

Sharing your passion for travel and luxury experiences, inspiring clients to embark on their next adventure with enthusiasm.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury travel consulting, with a proven track record of creating extraordinary experiences.

✈ Extensive knowledge of global travel destinations, luxury accommodations, and unique experiences.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
