Senior Information Technology Program Manager (Remote)

For big, international company, we are looking for experienced Senior IT Program Manager.

• Location: 100% remote work (you must be located in Poland)
• Form of cooperation: B2B contract via Hays (long-term cooperation)
• Rate: open
• Start date: ASAP (max 30 days’ notice period is acceptable)
• Working hours: This role might require up to 50% work on US timezone

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management area (infrastructure, software)
• 10 years of experience as Program Manager in international, big-scale, global projects
• Advanced English
• Experience in driving change management and technology adoption for the project
• Ability to communicate IT terminology and technology in plain-English
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to positively influence and challenge sportively and effectively where appropriate
• Experience of managing cross-functional international delivery teams in multiple time zones
• An appreciation and understanding of the security and compliance requirements of a large financial organisation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and group presentations.
• Professional interaction capabilities with a diverse range of individuals, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities with consideration for organizational goals and needs.
• Effective management of multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs and demands.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Define and establish KPIs, leading indicators, and metrics to assess the effectiveness and success of the program. This involves setting targets, monitoring progress, and regularly reporting the achieved value and benefits to stakeholders
• Ensure uniform adoption and practice of these standards across the entire organization
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Assess the road map for major customers’ long-term visions and assist in developing service offerings that align with their business needs
• Continuously refine and develop methodologies, tools, and programs related to implementations, upgrades, and other services
• Oversee and manage project development from inception to completion
• Conduct effective resource planning for all project work
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Create comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents
• Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants required to achieve project goals
• Set and manage project expectations continuously with team members and other stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and gather requirements from all functional stakeholders
• Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams
