Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

This is the person that an Engineer and all support team will go to for escalation and guidance.

Work Experience
Required: 8 years of infrastructure engineering experience with 5 years in Microsoft
Preferred: 3-5 years of AWS specific cloud engineering experience

Technical Skills
Required:

Administer AWS infrastructure including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), SC, Identity Access Management (IAM), Elastic Block Store (EBS), Security Groups, Auto Scaling, and Relational Database Service (RDS).
Administer and act as senior escalation for all things Microsoft 365.
Maintain federated identity solutions between on-premise AD and commercial clouds. On-premise is housed in AWS, but acts as an extension of our on-prem.
Develop and maintain standards for operations of core AWS components.
Provide analytics to leadership related to costs/capacity/administration.

Preferred:

Troubleshoot AWS CloudWatch alerts.

Non- Technical Skills
Required:

Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to guide lower level employees in a professional manner.

Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
