Role Overview: As the Influencer/Partner/Publisher Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers, content publishers, and other strategic partners.

Your primary goal will be to build a robust network of partners that align with our clients’ brands and drive meaningful traffic and conversions.

This role is crucial to the success of our clients’ marketing programs and requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-value influencers, content publishers, and other strategic partners that align with our clients’ brands and marketing objectives.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and aligned with our clients’ goals.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring terms are favorable for our clients while fostering long-term partnerships.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring they meet performance objectives and deliver ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partners and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
• Brand Protection: Ensure all partnerships align with clients’ brand values and protect their reputation in the market.
• Strategic Growth: Continuously explore new opportunities for expanding the partner network, including emerging platforms and channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of successful partner acquisition and management.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and content partnerships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and close deals with partners.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with partners and internal teams.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive partner engagement and performance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
