Their experienced team of interior designers and stylists curate homes that are well-planned, beautifully crafted, and unique to their clients.

Right now, they’re looking for a self-confident individual with a strong grounding in concept design, design development, design detail, and people leadership to join the team as their Senior Interior Designer/Project Lead.

Who are you?

Well, you’ll have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Interior Designer in luxury residential design. People will also generally describe you as:

The gig

The goal is to create dream spaces for Studio Belle’s clients that perfectly suit their style, budget, and spatial needs. You’ll connect with the client on a granular level to ensure confidence and excitement during their life-changing project. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Lead client meetings to understand their vision for their space and how they live in detail, delivering concepts and spaces to perfectly match that, every time.

• Oversee your own projects and deliverables from conception to completion, creating and owning conceptual direction for projects.

• Collaborate and design within a team

• Oversee creation of Revit documentation drawings that perfectly reflect your design for builders / trades to easily implement.

• Consistently deliver projects that balance the design brief, budget (both time and spend allocations), and client expectations with equal emphasis on each part.

• Expertly triage project priorities and manage their solutions in the most cost and time effective manner.

• Liaise between projects, trades, and clients consistently for fluid and clear communications and expectation setting.

• Manage workloads and project resourcing with the team in their international office.

• Perform technical and design QA – ensuring all designs are functional and can be built.

• Peer review documentation and deliver feedback concisely and effectively.

• Proficiently balance several projects at once and mentor team members on how to manage their own.

• Prepare improvements to SB’s working systems with guidance from the Creative Director and recommend improvements as needed.

• Proactively mentor the design and delivery team across functionality, constructability, concept, and client management.

• Of particular note, you’ll show an interest and curiosity towards how Ai can assist the interior design process. We’ll ask you to be able to demonstrate this during the interview process.
