Senior Interior Designer (Remote)

Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer to be based in Dubai on a permanent basis.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and design-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years of local experience in the UAE, specializing in both commercial and residential interiors. This hands-on role requires a strong passion for design, exceptional client-facing skills, and experience handling large-scale projects for renowned developers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the design process for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring a high standard of creativity and quality.
– Develop and present innovative design concepts tailored to client needs.
– Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
– Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers and other team members.
– Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of design integrity.
– Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
– Work collaboratively with the team to produce detailed design documents, including plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

– Western nationality preferred.
– 8-10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a minimum of 3 years of local UAE experience.
– Strong experience in commercial design for large-scale projects with top-tier developers.
– Proven expertise in residential design for high-end projects.
– Excellent concept design skills with a keen eye for luxury and high-end aesthetics.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max (Revit experience preferred).
– Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
– A portfolio that reflects luxury, high-end interior design aligned with our company’s design philosophy.

Portfolio Requirements:

– Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects, with an emphasis on high-end luxury residential and commercial designs.

Salary:

AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
