We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of laboratory information management systems and engineering support solutions. This position requires a strong background in Java development and a proven track record of effectively delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable Java applications
• Lead the design of system architecture for laboratory information systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies for efficient software delivery
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and advanced Java concepts
• Optimize system performance by conducting code reviews and refactoring
• Adhere to and promote Agile practices within development teams
• Engineer solutions that seamlessly integrate with Amazon Web Services, Gitlab, and PostgreSQL
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
• Participate in the evolution of system functionalities with forward-thinking innovation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Java development
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Background in Amazon Web Services
• Skills in GitLab, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with REST API and Spring Boot
• B2+ English language proficiency
• Flexibility to work remotely
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Nice to have

• Showcase of projects utilizing CSS
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern
• Competency in building cross-platform applications
