Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading

the architecture and development of high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, foster cross-functional communication, and contribute to projects that make a lasting impact on our clients and the industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience. Avanced conversational English is required.
• This role involves collaborating with the architecture and leading the development of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• The Senior Java Developer must possess a deep understanding of development best practices, as well as leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.Extensive knowledge of Java and its frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience in design and architecture of scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and design Java APIs with good experience in Java 8,
• REST API ,
• Knowledge of messaging systems (MQ) and distributed cache (Redis desirable).
• Spring JPA,
• Hibernate,
• SQL,
• PL/SQL,
• Distributed Caching Frameworks,
• AWS
• SDK Java APIs.
• Nice to have – Spark, AWS EMR, AWS Glue
• MAIN Responsibility
• Design and develop business applications using Java and its associated frameworks.
• Collaborate with the architecture team in the design of technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers.
• Perform code reviews and ensure software quality.
• Research and propose new technologies and practices to improve development processes.
