Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java / React Engineer with expertise in building robust, scalable, and efficient applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing full-stack applications, containerization with Docker, and deploying on Kubernetes (AKS preferred). This role requires a deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

– Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React for frontend.

– Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions.

– Create RESTful APIs and integrate them into frontend applications.

– Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.

– Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.

– Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and frameworks to improve development processes.

– Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.

– Support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.

– Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

– 6+ years of professional experience in software development.

– Proficient in Java with expertise in frameworks like Spring Boot or Spring MVC.

– Strong experience in React.js and related libraries like Redux or React Query.

– Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.

– Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with a preference for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.

– Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

– Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

– Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

– Proficient in version control using Git.

– Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).

Preferred Skills

– Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

– Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

– Understanding of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

– Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
