Senior Lead Consultant Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of a seasoned IV&V Lead Consultant with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding business value to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise to communicate findings, issues, risks, and strategic recommendations to project management, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Your approach will be grounded in evidence as outlined by IEEE Std. 1012, ensuring the delivery of superior results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in teams that evaluate and scrutinize methodologies, processes, plans, tasks, work products, and deliverables from system integration vendors or client implementation teams.
• Engage in effective communication with project personnel and clients to resolve complex challenges and facilitate seamless project execution.
• Assist client management and stakeholders in developing strategies to identify and mitigate risks and issues as they emerge, thereby maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Generate and present detailed periodic assessment reports that encapsulate the results of oversight activities and offer improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and submit anomaly reports that analyze specific processes, work products, deliverables, or project attributes, providing thorough assessments along with actionable recommendations to address any identified issues.

Required Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver actionable insights.
• Expertise in risk management and reporting.
• Familiarity with IEEE Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation).

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the application of project management principles.
• At least four (4) years of experience as a senior project manager overseeing medium-sized or complex IT projects.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in leading independent IV&V services for government entities within the past ten (10) years.
• At least two (2) years of technical experience with Electronic Medical Record IT projects.
