Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, tracking, and successful delivery of the e-commerce roadmap, ensuring timely execution of priority programs.
• Develop and implement systematic processes to optimize delivery schedules, mitigate risks, and facilitate scalable business development.
• Collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams to champion roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and create data-driven reports that inform planning and optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong command of technical requirements and product go-to-market strategies.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and lead diverse teams in a collaborative manner.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and experience working with varied stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience in project management, with PMP certification preferred.
• Extensive background in managing D2C/e-commerce sales channels, preferably in the consumer technology sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated project management expertise and proficiency in stakeholder relations.

• Region 1: (166,000 – )189,000
• Region 2: (158,000 – )180,000
• Region 3: (150,000 – )170,000
