What You’ll Be Working On

• Design and balance engaging puzzle levels, missions, and experiences, from concept to completion, using our internal tools.
• Plan and structure level progression to provide a smooth and satisfying player journey.
• Collaborate with Data to assess level performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Refine game levels based on metrics, team feedback, playtesting insights, and community input.
• Partner with a cross-disciplinary team to grow our games with new levels while continuously improving the player experience.
• Clearly and concisely communicate your designs and ideas to the team and throughout the studio.
• Inspire your team with progressive, creative designs that align with our vision and player expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience designing and releasing successful Casual or Hybrid Casual Puzzle games.
• Deep understanding of level balancing, pacing, and difficulty tuning.
• A strong problem-solver and critical thinker who loves tackling challenges.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.
• An empathetic designer who can deeply connect with and understand our audience.
• Experience with F2P game design, including working with KPIs and analytics to optimize designs.
• Ability to leverage player feedback to enhance game experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in data spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• A genuine passion for games and creating fun experiences.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Unity 3D or similar tools.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iteration on game mechanics.
