We are recruiting for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest-growing behavioral health tech brands in the country! The platform’s mission is to make counseling affordable and accessible to everyone. As the business scales across marketing, tech, engineering, and operations, a strong Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is needed to manage the full customer journey. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, product, growth, and marketing teams to drive new customer acquisition, increase customer retention, lifetime value, and satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage email and SMS campaigns across all stages of the customer journey
• Design, build, and optimize personalized, segmented campaigns via email, SMS, and other direct marketing channels
• Create targeted email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Develop strategies for personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, creative) to align lifecycle marketing efforts with broader business goals
• Deliver fully orchestrated experiences across direct marketing channels
• Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve messaging, design, and timing
• Develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, reactivation, and satisfaction
• Manage lifecycle marketing automation tools to enhance communication and personalization

Skills / Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally with a consumer-driven platform
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, specifically in the behavioral health space
• Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and customer engagement within behavioral health
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Marketo)
• Experience managing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, from concept to delivery
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies to optimize the customer journey
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, or a related field
