About The Role

Rocket Lawyer is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Associate, Product Notifications to execute a best-in-class customer lifecycle marketing program. You are a results-oriented marketer who is passionate about Rocket Lawyer’s mission to make the law affordable and simple. You will roll-up your sleeves and execute marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation with the ultimate goal of engaging our members to utilize all areas of our platform via our Lifecycle Marketing Channels. This role is based in Brazil but supports our US business. This role reports into the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of product notifications including submitting creative briefs, collecting assets from key stakeholders, building campaigns, testing and reporting back results and KPI’s
• Partner with Product and design teams to strategize and implement product notifications (email, SMS, Push, In-App) across the various business areas
• Develop data requirements needed to trigger and personalize product notifications
• Develop new hypotheses, A/B experiments, to maximize engagement
• Maintain contact databases and monitor email deliverability, health and data integrity through routine maintenance
• Document library of lifecycle marketing campaigns and product notifications, and data requirements for each of these notifications
• Stay on top of new marketing trends & recommend new marketing tactics to continuously increase engagement
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support new Product launches and Go-to-Market Campaigns for new features

Requirements

• Fluency in verbal and written American English, written and verbal. The role will require 100% communication, written and verbal, in English
• 3-5 years experience in email marketing; bonus points if you have experience in SMS and Push
• Understanding of best practices in development and delivery of email, SMS, and Push notifications
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools – bonus points if you have experience using Iterable
• Demonstrated experience building workflows, understanding and developing business and data requirements
• Analytical and experimental mindset. Able to leverage data and insights to brainstorm ideas, and make recommendations to drive growth
• Ability to project manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
• Team-player mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
