Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Producer for our livestream production team. This role requires a highly organised and methodical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment and is comfortable with frequent international travel. As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the execution of livestream events, ensuring seamless production from start to finish, working with a diverse team and coordinating all logistical aspects. You will work closely with all event stakeholders to produce high-quality livestream experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Corrivium project team, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration throughout each project. Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, venues (e.g., studios), and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and the successful delivery of projects.

Project Management & Delivery:
Lead the scoping of live stream projects, ensuring client requirements are understood, documented, and communicated effectively to the internal team. Manage the complete lifecycle of live stream projects, from initial brief to post-event review, ensuring alignment with Corrivium’s Statement of Work (SOW) and client expectations. Work closely with internal design, development, and delivery teams, as well as external partners, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Coordinate talent, crew, and managers across pre-production, production, and post-production phases, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are executed efficiently. Lead work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, proactively addressing any challenges as they arise.

Resource, Budget & Supplier Management:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to allocate resources, set realistic deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations for each project. Oversee project budgets, ensuring the timely delivery of events within agreed budgets, considering both time and materials costs. Source and evaluate supplier quotes (as required), ensuring they align with the project brief, budget, and quality standards. Ensure all third-party suppliers and clients meet agreed-upon contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).

Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and present project-related documents, including meeting agendas, status reports, schedules, and post-event reviews. Ensure that all project documentation meets the necessary compliance standards, and that all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both clients and suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role within live stream production or a similar field, with proven success in managing complex, high-profile events.

Qualifications: A formal qualification in Event Management, Broadcasting, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.

Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence is an advantage.

Virtual Event Production: Strong understanding of virtual event production, including technical requirements, streaming platforms, and remote production techniques.

Creative Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams (design, development, and delivery) to create innovative solutions that meet both creative and technical requirements.

Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage project schedules, scope, and budgets, with a focus on balancing time, cost, and quality.

Multitasking & Problem Solving: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of a live stream project are meticulously planned and executed.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical personnel at all organisational levels.

Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position involves frequent travel to international locations for on-site event production and live delivery coordination. A current passport and ability to travel freely is a requirement.
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice and work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
